While awaiting borders to reopen, we’ve been busy implementing strict cleaning processes to ensure a secure space for you and our villa staff.
PRIOR TO YOUR ARRIVAL
- Deep cleaning throughout the villa
DURING YOUR STAY
- Daily cleaning of common areas as well as bedrooms, bathroom and other high-touch areas
- Refillable hand sanitizers are provided in every villa
- Face masks are available
- Staff will wear masks at all times and regularly wash their hands. Face shields, visors and gloves are used during cleaning
- Regular temperature checks for staff and guests
- Any guests showing signs of fever, dry cough, sore throat, shortness of breath and muscle pain will be referred to the local hospital immediately
SOCIAL DISTANCING
- Our staff will adjust their service styles to suit your needs, even whilst observing social distancing rules and donning protective equipment
